Wordless

19 Apr

Sometimes a song expresses my feelings in ways that my words never  could.

“She went out for groceries, just an ordinary day.
She realized she was just a block from the interstate.
She sat at the stoplight, the wheel in her hands, and when the light changed– she knew this was her chance. “

I’ll have to check those out. I wasn’t a fan of hers on Idol (the whole stupid country girl routine just didn’t work for me, lol), but I do enjoy her music. Especially “Didn’t You Know How Much I Loved You”. Speaks to me:)

Music has a way of seeping into our souls and validating our feelings, helping us come to terms with feelings we may not even know we have. Thanks for sharing the song!

    Love it.
I heard the song the other day on the radio, “He Thinks He’ll Keep Her.” Everything inside me just stopped. But I kept driving home anyway.
These songs are almost creepy the way they can describe exactly what is in our mind at that very moment!
